Free Mulch
FREE MULCH
When: EVERY SATURDAY EXCEPT JANUARY, FEBRUARY AND HOLIDAYS.
From: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, noon, weather permitting. WHILE SUPPLIES LAST
Where: The City’s brush field on Toy Wright Road, Jefferson, off Valentine Industrial Parkway.
Look for the direction signs.
What: This mulch is created from the limb and garden waste collected by city crews.
The mulch is “single run” material and has not been cleaned or sterilized. It may
contain seeds, etc.
Warning: City staff will load the mulch on to the resident’s vehicle at the resident’s risk. The City will not be responsible for any damage that may occur to the vehicle.
This offer is for private residents ONLY; commercial enterprises will not be served.
